In The Studio: Johntae and JD

Some really cool footage of the SO So Def team in the studio working on what seems to be Johnta's album Title "Love Sex and Religion". Johnta is still that nigga, one of my favorite songwriters of all time, his credit list and work speaks for it's self. If you havent seen any of JD's Living The Life series make sure you hit his youtube account and see em all, he's really changing the game with the access he gives his fans.

Musicians Enemy: Steve Jordan

Starting another new segment with the above title for those musicians I would be afraid to play with, pause, due to their extraordinary skill. Steve Jordan is a brilliant Producer, Drummer and avid sneaker collector. From what I hear he is also a very funny guy. In this clip he plays what sounds like a live set breakdown of "Waiting On The World To Change". Maybe even Mayer in the background playing a lil slide guitar? Ive had my copy of Battle Studies for a few days and also pre-ordered from itunes, but if you havent please check it out.

More Music Vids

Here's some more music Ive been fortunate enough to work on the last few months since moving out to LA and working with Polow. Spent so much time on these I can barely enjoy them without thinking about how they actually came to be. Tons of recording and tweaking the mixes, but the end result was worth it.

First Mobile post Direct from my iPhone

So I'm in LA working on alot of different stuff. It's good to be out of Atlanta and spreading out. I miss being back home but I'm getting used to the scenery out here now. It's always nice as far the weather and there's alot more opportunities. It's LA, all the labels are here and it's easy if your good enough to stay busy. The first few weeks I was working out of Santa Monica, then Hollywood. Now that I have this cool mobile blog app, I should have alot of posts now that I'm moving around more. Here's a few photos of chalice that I've been uploading via Twitter.
